Wednesday, March 18, we welcome Trefethen vintners to the Grille
to partner Chef Colin’s specialty dishes with exceptional wines from this Oak Knoll District vineyard in Napa Valley
$60/person includes 5 courses and 5 special wines:
a Gougere Reception with Riesling,
Smoked Salmon and Chardonnay,
Risotto with Merlot, Pheasant en Crepinette with Cabernet,
an Ile Flottante Dessert with a Late Harvest Riesling
Reception begins at 6, First Course at 7 pm
